Insurance/Fees
We are "Out of Network" with insurances.
BUT YOU CAN STILL GET REIMBURSED!
We will charge a fee (based on initial consult or follow up) at the time of your appointment. We will then provide you with the "super bill" that you can/should submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
HSA/FSA:
You are allowed to use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for out-of-network visits.
Have questions about this? Contact us and we will find the best solution to suit you.
FEE SCHEDULE:
This is based on coding visits (Level 3 vs. Level 4, for example) just like when going to a doctor in-network.
*Note about the length of our visits together:
After a decade of having only 15-20 minutes for follow-up visits and 40 minutes for new consultations, neither of which allow you and me the time to create a comprehensive treatment plan that works for YOU, I now do 1-hour new consults and 30 minute follow ups. I NEVER want you to feel I'm rushing you and your health!

Initial Consultations
My typical initial consultation is a one hour, 99205 Level 5 New Consultation. $250

*For previous patients of mine at University Health, for a simple visit to get reestablished and continue your treatment plan, this may be a 30 minute visit. These are between $150-200 (Level 3 or Level 4 New; 99203 or 99204), depending on the eventual length and complexity of the visit.
Follow-Ups/Established Patients:
99213 (think quick 20 minute visit, everything is going great, and no med changes and no lab orders) $120.000
99214 (typical 30 minute follow up visit) $150.000
99215 (longer follow-up, more than 40 minutes in total, higher complexity) $200.000
