Compared to common store-bought shakes, these are designed with a much better protein composition for improved muscle-mass preservation during weight loss and loaded with necessary vitamins and minerals that support your metabolic health.
Medications
Medications are typically a critical part of achieving a healthy body for people suffering from obesity. Years of experience will help us guide you toward the safest and most effective medications for you, if needed.
Compared to med spas and "pill-mills", we individualize this treatment and guide you with safe dosing.

We do not recommend, promote, or prescribe compounded GLP-1's. These are not regulated and are often unsafe due to impurities, incorrect doses, and, many times, are literally illegal.
With that said, you will not be judged for using them and we are happy to work on finding more appropriate, cost-effective, and/or insurance-covered options for you!
Pediatrics
We specialize in pediatric weight management. This includes evaluation and management of complications such as sleep apnea, fatty liver (now called MASH or Metabolic-Associated SteatoHepatitis), prediabetes, and even type 2 diabetes. I am a pediatrician and spent 7 years at Children's Mercy Hospital advancing the medical treatment options in its Metabolic/Bariatric clinic. Your child and family will be in great hands! And, perhaps most importantly, your child will feel safe and unjudged.
